Thursday lab time is reserved for our SkillsUSA Work-Based Learning projects. During this time, students will complete projects included in our chapter's Program of Work. These may included fundraising projects, community outreach projects, chapter building, teambuilding, or chapter events. SkillsUSA lab days are not for personal projects.
Our SkillsUSA projects are broken down into three different phases:
1. In Planning - Our advisors and student officers are planning the projects and/or the events that they will be involved in
2. Working - Work has begun on the projects
3. Complete- Projects are complete and are awaiting unveiling or an event time
Not all SkillsUSA lab activities will require the use of tools, but for projects that do, students must have completed the following to participate:
Students must be paid SkillsUSA chapter members
