Committee Structure

The President of Plaza College and the institution’s Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO), Kalliopi Koutsoutis, Dean of Institutional Research nominated the Provost and Chief Academic Officer, Chad Callahan, and the Chief Operating Officer, Brittany Travis, as co-chairs of the self-study.  Together with the ALO, this three person Leadership Team oversees the Steering Committee and the entire self-study process. 

In September 2023, the Leadership Team organized the formation of the Steering Committee, a collaborative body of staff, faculty, and administration representing all departments and academic schools. This Steering Committee oversees the college's eight working groups - one focused on each of the seven Middle States Standards and one on student engagement.
