25 Jumping Jacks
25 Air Squats
20 Push-ups - Remember you can modify to do knee push-ups!
20 Sit-ups
20 Mountain Climbers
25 Speed Skaters
Jog in place for 60 seconds
20 Tuck Jumps
25 Lunges
20 Single Leg Hops (Left and Right)
Plank for 60 seconds
Jump Rope for 60 seconds
20 Calf Raises
Wall Sit for 30 seconds
High Knees for 20 seconds
