Small Counties Huddle

About
The Small Counties Huddle serves as a community of practice for self-identified  small county leaders in the CCFAC Region. This huddle provides a space for these leaders to discuss the unique challenges of being small systems that are frequently balancing multiple priorities, commitments, and requirements and to share ideas for navigating these challenges with limited staffing, time, and resources.  

Equity Imperative
The Small Counties Huddle aims to monitor the impact of their work to ensure that their support is being utilized in ways that have a positive impact on students, schools, and districts in their regions.

Meetings
The Small Counties Huddle meets every other month.
