About
The Multilingual-English Learners Huddle exists to provide focus and support for Integrated and Designated ELD in all its differentiated forms across CCFAC's region. This is done through several key efforts: looking through a lens of English Learner typology; supporting coaches, site admins, and teachers in building understanding of differentiated program types and support; and aligning with Differentiated Assistance (DA) efforts where applicable. It is open to any COE staff leading or working on English Learner programs, as well as DA leaders who want to center EL needs. Participants can expect collaboration and partnership for keeping English Learners' needs as a central focus; guidance about how to boost academic success and experiences for English Learners across their counties; and connection to resources, professional development, and other learning opportunities.
Equity Imperative
The Multilingual-English Learners Huddle strives to influence county offices, districts, and schools to put the necessary care, attention, and resources on the success and achievement of English Learners.
