Bringing Food into the Building

Food may not be delivered to the school or brought into the school by students.  If a Parent/Guardian brings lunch for a student, they can sign out and eat the food outside the building and then sign back in.

Eating and Drinking in the Classroom

FCHS is a learning environment.  We must respect the environment and keep it clean.  

Students should not eat or drink in the classroom unless it is a specified mealtime. 

Students may have bottled water, but all liquids should be kept away from computers at all times.

Medication

No medication shall be administered to a student by a teacher (this includes aspirin, ibuprofen, tylenol, etc.).  Any and all prescribed medication will be administered by the Student Services Secretary.  Proper procedures must be followed (including documentation, paperwork, proper administration, etc.) in order to take medication at school.  Please see someone in student services or the school nurse to be sure you take the appropriate steps for medication administration.
