Doctoral Students
Brandon Garivaldo, ms, Ccc-SLP
Brandon Garivaldo (He/Him/His) is a graduate of the University of Arizona's Masters of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences clinical program. He has worked under Dr. Leah Fabiano since 2018, as an undergraduate and graduate research assistant in the BPL. He is interested in how to apply a translanguaging approach to speech and language services and how it impacts assessment practices in speech and language service delivery in education settings. His practice and training centers the communities he serves and deconstructs white supremacy in clinical practice and research.
