There is imposed on, and shall be paid by, all commercial ground transportation operators, fees for entry and use of the Airport Facilities, which fees are enumerated in the document entitled “Airport Fees And Charges” as published by the Director of Aviation, and as the same shall be modified from time to time by the Board of County Commissioners within its sole discretion.
