Description: In a group of 4 or 5, try to build the tallest structure that is sturdy and stays up for at least one minute. The structure is built solely on straws and masking tape. It must stand alone on the ground only.
Brainstorm:
-Strong bottom support
-Eiffel Tower design
-tall thin top
Procedure:
First we spent a lot of time on building the base and everyone chipped in then we realized that we had little to no time left when we finally finished the base and we decided to rush and put a lot of straws stuffed into other straws really quickly and then on the parts that bended we added a straws along the side that it bended to.
Soul Reflections:
S- The base and adding straws on the long part where it bended
O- Spending a lot of time thinking about ideas and wasting time
U- We learned that teamwork was necessary for victory
L- Time management
WISCR- I think we respected each other and listened to others ideas the most out of the things that apply to us in WISCR
