Project Description: In these Scratch projects we incorporated creativity and logic into creating patterns called tessellations. Tessellations are patterns of shapes that cover a whole surface and have no gaps. Tessellations can be created by translating, flipping, and/or rotating. Certain shapes can tessellate, for example squares, diamonds, and triangles, while some don't, like pentagons and circles.

Mini-Soul Reflection:
Strengths: I think I did good using the "my block" feature in Scratch, given we haven't covered it in class. I also think I worked very efficiently. After finishing my first tessellation, I copied and pasted the code to all the other tessellations and adjusted as needed. This saved me a lot of time.
Understanding: The biggest thing I learnt in this project was what tessellations are. I learnt how to use mathematics and geometry to create beatufiul patterns and that was satisfying.
