Q: I only see “Q1” or “Q3” on my courses. How do I add “Q2” or Q4” to the courses respectively?
A: Select a Course > Course Options (to the left under your course image) > Edit Info > Check the appropriate grading periods.
Q: How do I access an “Archived Course”?
A: Click on Courses > Click “See All” > Click on the “Archived” Tab.
Q: You shared some Schoology Trainings a few days ago, can they count for Flex PD hours? (Refer to the invitation below this FAQ)
A: Yes! Just fill out the appropriate paperwork and ensure Mr. Thomas signs the Flex PD form prior to taking the course. Make sure you receive a certificate or some proof of completing the course as well.
Q: Will you be offering any in-house Flex PD opportunities?
A: Yes! I will be offering some “Getting to know Windows 10” the week after our Open Houses and then we will begin offering some Schoology opportunities in September and October. Then again possibly in January and February.
