Email Migration: OneDrive
Task 1: OneDrive
If you have any files stored in the cloud storage product, OneDrive, you will need to move these files to Google Drive and/or local storage such as a flash drive or external hard drive.
NOTE: It is entirely possible that you do NOT have any files located in OneDrive (or at least files your care about losing). However, April 19th is our Migration Day and any files stored in OneDrive WILL BE LOST! We/You will no longer have access to these files once migration is complete!
- Check the Report
- You can view the OneDrive user report below to determine if you have any files currently store in OneDrive.
- Log into OneDrive

- Click the “9-square” at the top left and choose OneDrive

If you have any issues or concerns, please let us know. Let’s try to have this task completed by the end of next week! Hopefully, for the majority of our users, this step will take a short amount of time or even be irrelevant. We will share any further updates as steps are taken in working towards this migration. We hope that the majority of this process will go unnoticed by our users but again, we will let you know if anything were to arise that may impact our users
