All CST staff are expected to maintain a professional appearance with well-groomed attire, light makeup, and neat hair while wearing the Physique 57 Mumbai uniform. Nail polish should be free of chips, and each CST member is responsible for promoting good health and hygiene. The front desk area is designated as a mobile phone-free zone. Our clients are of utmost importance, and you are the first impression they have of Physique 57 Mumbai.
It is your duty to ensure the front desk remains clean, organized, and presentable. CST staff handle confidential client information, so client forms and outreach materials must be neatly filed and readily available. Pens and stationery should be kept in an orderly manner within the designated professional and luxurious space, as this is where we meet our clients. There should be no food, empty wrappers, or empty mugs cluttering the workspace, as it is meant to uphold a professional and luxurious atmosphere for our clients.
If you are scheduled for the opening shift, you must complete the following tasks:
Securely lock the cash drawer upon the studio's opening and verify the cash balance, ensuring it matches the closing balance in the petty cash report.
Inspect the front desk, locker rooms, washrooms, pantry area, and studios for any housekeeping issues and promptly notify the housekeeping staff of any necessary work or restocking requirements.
Ensure that mats, blue bands, and balls are correctly placed or folded in the appropriate studio.
Monitor the temperature throughout the facility and activate the air conditioning and TFA systems in the studios 20 minutes before the first class of the day.
Maintain a clean, well-organized boutique area with ample stock.
Ensure that at least one CST team member is present at the front desk at all times.
Use your biometric access key to enter the studio.
Assist housekeeping staff with studio access, and activate the studio lighting, music system, air conditioning, and position the iPad on its stand if needed.
Review the day's schedule and cross-check attendance records from the previous evening's classes. Ensure clients are accurately marked, and address any missed client entries or unpaid classes promptly.
Investigate any unpaid classes, and if not documented in the DSR, report this to your reporting manager immediately.
Verify that towels are correctly and neatly folded, and ensure an adequate supply for the day. Notify housekeeping if additional towels are required.
Confirm that you have sufficient change in the cash till to begin the day; if not, request assistance from the on-duty office staff to obtain change before the first member arrives.
Ensure trainers arrive on time for their scheduled classes and activate the 'Emergency Call List' in case of any deviations from the schedule.
