If you are scheduled to work a closing shift, you are required to do the following:
Fill out the closing template and email the information to the Head of Sales, Sr Operations Manager & COO
Oversee the housekeeping staff and ensure they have vacuumed the studios to the Physique 57 standard (lawn mower effect), the equipment is set neatly and correctly, and the barres have been disinfected.
Check that they have cleaned mirrors in the entire location, including the locker rooms and boutique; no smudges, dust, or finger marks!
Check that theĀ locker rooms and washrooms are clean and the amenities are fully stocked; inform housekeeping where necessary.
Tally the cash & CC Slips against actual invoices and share the cash report with Operations Manager & Head of Sales & Client Experiences.
Update the Dsr, cash Report, Lead Gen & Boutique Tally Sheets & share it with all concerned.
The boutique should be clean, tidy and fully stockedcheck the socks/water bottles and refill where necessary.
Make a note of any apparel/accessories that are out of stock and email the Studio Coordinator with a CC to others.
Ensure housekeeping completes the laundry and refills the towels in reception and the locker rooms.
Check Momence for class discrepancies and rectify any unpaid entries where required
Ensure that there is no member left behind in the studio premises before you exit the studio. Under no circumstances can you leave before the last member has exited the studio
Close and lock the studio safely and securely!
