This 50 minute high intensity class will focus on functional strength training with the progressive use of heavy weights for resistance.
Physique57 Sweat in 30 is a 30 minute Cardio focused HIIT class. The format follows the principles of HIIT i.e Sprint and Recovery. This full body workout will have bursts of movement targeting strength and cardio using body weight as resistance followed by quick recovery periods. This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS.
Elevate your barre game with creative and innovative sequencing delivered at lightning speed. This calorie-scorching, sweat fest is our most challenging workout, recommended for those who have taken at least 10 workouts.
