Instructors' Intelligence
Every class can't have a teacher: We want you to understand if you thought that Physique 57's teachers were just teaching the poses according to the curriculum. Because all our teachers are artists. And every class is their stage to show off. Physique 57's class atmosphere is something that no one can imitate. Because it is the unique charm of each teacher. What every Physique 57 teacher has to do is prepare a playlist to set the atmosphere in each class. Choose poses to suit each level of class. And the posture must be changed regularly so as not to become monotonous. Study the limitations of each student. Before class you always hear the teacher asking if anyone is injured. Once the class starts, the teacher is the one who maintains the fun temperature throughout the 57 minutes.
