We have filled all available spaces on the schedule.
If you did not receive a scheduling email, you have been placed on the waitlist for Fall lessons, and we will reach out if a space becomes available.
Update 9/18/26: Registration for the fall session is closed. All evening privates have been scheduled. We are still adjusting the morning adult private schedule.
We will be offering a Tues and Thurs evening session, a Thurs only session, and a limited Friday morning session for Adult Lessons only.
We have limited spaces available this season and have closed registration as the spaces have filled up quickly.

We are trying something different this season. The request form is all digital and is now available at the bottom of this page. We are using a google form for registration this season. Please ensure all information is accurate when submitting your request. We will not accept requests over phone, Facebook, or email for private lessons. Since this is a digital form, you can complete and submit it on any device with internet access! You are welcome to come down to the office or call if you need assistance.
A request form does not guarantee your swimmer(s) will be scheduled for private lessons. We will accommodate as many swimmers as we can, but we cannot guarantee that we will have an instructor or time available to fit your needs. As we start processing request forms, we will email with your swimmer(s) scheduled time(s) and if you are not accepted for the current season, we encourage you to apply for the next season.
Once we have an instructor and time available for your swimmer(s), you will receive an email with the private lesson schedule. If we reach out and do not hear back from you within 3-4 days, we will reach out to the next swimmer in line. Emails are normally sent in batches. We will not be scheduling lessons part way through the season, as this adds added work and stress on our staff and schedule.
Private lessons are $165 per swimmer for ten 30 minute lessons. Swimmers will be scheduled in batches of 10 lessons whenever possible. After these 10 lessons, we ask swimmers to wait a season in order to give others an opportunity for private lessons. (Example: If you had spring privates, please wait until the fall.)
If 2 swimmers from the same household are of the same or similar ability level, we can schedule them together in a semi-private lesson. Semi-private lessons are $135 per swimmer for ten 30 minute classes. We will not be scheduling any semi-private lessons with more than two students, and we are unable to schedule semi-privates with swimmers who are not already familiar with each other.
Lessons are scheduled for ten 30 minute lessons per season, with the exception of our Adult only session this fall. Adult only lessons will have seven 45 minute lessons. We can offer up to 2 make-up lessons for family emergencies or illness that cause last minute cancellations, or if an instructor is sick and we are unable to provide a substitute. If you miss a lesson due to a family emergency, please let us know within 24 hours in order to reschedule the missed lesson. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours for any missed lesson, the lesson will be forfeited. We are unable to reschedule lessons if you call out with less than 24 hours notice.
We understand that sometimes schedule conflicts and emergencies happen to both our swimmers and instructors. Whenever possible, we will find a substitute instructor, or we will reschedule your lesson(s) to another day or time. If you cancel or no call/no show three consecutive lessons, your lessons will be canceled for the remainder of the season.
Any refunds will be processed in accordance to our refund policy, which is available for viewing at the front desk.
Parents must sit on the bleachers during their swimmer(s) private lessons. We cannot accommodate parents at the pool edge during lesson programming. If you would like to swim laps during private lessons, we can accommodate lap swimmers during lap swim only. Some privates are scheduled during lap swim times and some are not. Please check the front desk or the Schedule page to see if there is lap swim available during your swimmer(s) lessons.
