Rentals

3/2/26: Rental Requests for March have been filled.
We are currently accepting requests for Saturdays in April.

Rentals Fees

Non-Refundable Deposit (included in hourly fee)
$40

1 Hour (Up to 30 swimmers) -  $100
2 Hour (Up to 30 swimmers) - $150

Additional Lifeguard (Each additional 15+ swimmers over the base 30 Swimmers) - $30/Hour/Additional Guard

Please use the following Google Form to REQUEST renting the pool.
Note: Once confirmed, your request will be transferred to a rental agreement,
which will need to be signed before any swimmers enter the water.

Filling out this form does NOT guarantee your rental! 

We normally host rentals Saturday afternoons, with the earliest rentals starting at 2pm,
so please keep that in mind when requesting a rental.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate rentals on weeknights after 7pm, or anytime on Sundays.

Please reach out for any rental requests approximately 2-3 weeks in advance
so we have enough time to determine staff availability for all rentals.

If you are inquiring about school rentals, long term rentals, or special use groups,
please contact the director directly at eugenia.moone@philomath.k12.or.us 

A staff member will connect within 1-3 business days on the status of your rental.

We will reach out once a rental has been scheduled to confirm your rental and to process rental fees.
We ask for the deposit a minimum of 3 days before the rental.
