Aqua Fit is an exercise class which focuses on endurance and building strength, as well as improving coordination. Instructors will work with you if you need a higher or lower intensity workout. This is the best program for those who are mobility challenged or recovering from injuries or surgeries. This class is held mostly in the shallow end, but will roam into the deep end on occasion.Â
We are trying a new class this Spring! Aqua Jogging is a deep water workout. This class is an all over workout, featuring focus on legs, core, and arms. A high impact class spent entirely in deep water!
This class includes the use of jogger belts, noodles and hand buoys (all equipment is optional). We have a limited number of belts on site if you would like to borrow them, or feel free to bring your own!
