The HVAC Training course is offered to both member and nonmember companies as course with related technical instruction (RTI), providing participants an introduction to the HVACR trade and training as an HVAC technician. Course topics include fundamentals, energy efficiencies, installation and troubleshooting, service, testing and adjusting techniques, commercial air, indoor air quality, heat pump systems, heat pumps, and energy efficiencies. Courses are designed to engage the supervisor with hands-on practical skills training and align learning activities with the modules.

How are the courses offered?
The full course is offered through the PHCC Academy, a web-based learning management system which is easy to access and use.
How long does the course take to complete?
The course is a self-paced course. Each textbook module access is available for 12 months. The full course consists of 4 textbook modules. Upon completion, participants will be able to download their transcript and certificate.
How do participants enroll?
Complete the sign up form linked below. Upon verifying the participant's employment with a member in good standing, our PHCCLA team will process the enrollment and the participant will receive an email from PHCC Academy allowing them access to start the course.
