WHAT. The Professional Learning "playlist" is a list of "self-enroll" 24-Hour On-Demand Vector Solutions trainings, which supports continuous improvement, individual and collective growth mindsets, and PLA network expectations and values. 

WHY. PLA staff members have autonomy to guide and build skills and leadership capacity, document professional learning points, print completion certificates and monitor their state-required in-service point requirements. The "Vector Solutions" platform is user-friendly and accommodates multiple browser and device options.  These topics are housed on a digital platform available to all PLA network staff members.
