In preparation for the virtual learning drill, please ensure all students have a working device and active password. Set up your Canvas courses and include an active Google Meet link. Finally, test all equipment to verify that microphones and cameras are fully functional.

Ensure all students have their device and charger for at home use.
Cart-based Schools
Encourage Families to complete the form in ParentVue to indicate if a device is needed for Virtual Learning. By accepting the device for at-home use, the family agrees to the terms and financial obligations outlined in the Student Device Usage Agreement regarding any potential misuse.
Prior to a Virtual Education Day, assign chromebooks and a charger to families who need a device and assign it to the student in Asset Management.
