Preparation for synchronous Virtual Learning

In preparation for virtual learning make sure all students have access to a working device and active password.
For assistance reach out to your school's Engagement and Technology Lead (ETL).

Prepare Student Chromebook and Devices

Take Home Schools

Ensure all students have their device and charger for at home use.

Cart-based Schools

Encourage Families to complete the form in ParentVue to indicate if a device is needed for Virtual Learning. By accepting the device for at-home use, the family agrees to the terms and financial obligations outlined in the Student Device Usage Agreement regarding any potential misuse.
Prior to a Virtual Education Day, assign chromebooks and a charger to families who need a device and assign it to the student in Asset Management.
