Oxon Hill High School is pleased to introduce Naviance, a secure web-based planning and advising system that helps students and parents navigate through high school and explore post high school options.

Naviance Student Overview

Naviance Student is a mobile-responsive site that employs intuitive tools that personalize and simplify the college and career planning process.

Requesting a Letter of Recommendation

From the Colleges tab in Family Connection, students will click on a new link under the My Colleges section, titled Letters of Recommendation. 2. On the recommendation request page, students will click on the blue Add Request button to submit their requests, one teacher at a time or for all applications.

RoadMap to College

  1. From the Naviance homepage, click on the “colleges” link in the upper right hand corner, then click the “colleges homepage” link under the “colleges” section.

  2. Click on “Letters of Recommendation” in the “Apply to Colleges” section.

  3. Click on “Add Request”.
