Responsible for the promotions and advancements within the unit consisting of PAR sheets and leadership training.
Actively collaborates with Supply in regards to distributing collar devices for rank promotions, as well as Admin in regards to certificates for promotion, advancement, performance, and conduct.
We Handle:
Rank Promotions
In charge of ensuring that knowledge presentations are completed and taught.
Plan, organize, and overlook all cadet training
Monitors the training and learning for cadets in all class periods
Training Announcements
This department consists of the Training Officer (TRAINO).
The training department is in responsible for overseeing all students' performance and awarding awards and promotions accordingly. Take the lead on all platoon member promotion-related issues.
Their mission is to guarantee that every cadet succeeds and advances to the best of their abilities.
