Parking for all scheduled shifts will be complimentary and located in Lot V at Rochester Institute of Technology located at 1 Lomb Memorial Dr., Rochester, NY 14623.
A complimentary shuttle will take you from Lot V to the volunteer entrance at the Kilbourn Gate. We ask that you plan AT LEAST 45 minutes prior to your shift to park, take the shuttle and arrive at your committee check-in location.

Monday, May 15 - Sunday, May 21, 2023 - 5:00am - 9:00pm
We recommend that you check-in 30 minutes before your shift starts. Please be at your location ready to go at your assigned time. We ask that you plan an additional 45 minutes to park, take the shuttle and arrive at your committee check-in location.

No. You will need to keep your items with you at all times. We recommend using your official volunteer drawstring bag.

Yes. Volunteers may take short breaks during their shifts as needed but please notify your Committee Chair to ensure coverage.
Your personalized photo credential and the official volunteer uniform are required to complete your volunteer shifts.
No. Family and friends who are not volunteers for the Championship are prohibited from accompanying you on your shift. However, they made ride in your car to the Championship as long as they have a ticket for that particular day of the Championship.
Note: Ticket holders cannot enter the Championship until gates officially open.
