Closet/Cabinet Sign Secure Storage Campus

Secure Storage Identification - Restricted Access for Locked Cabinets or Drawers

Required sign on the locked cabinet or drawer where secure test materials will be stored. Campus coordinator will add name and phone number for contact.

One sign must be placed on each entrance to a test site. If the site has multiple entrances, each entrance must be marked.

Seating CHarts for consolidation (only)

Use one of these seating charts for consolidated test sites. You may also choose to move students in Testhound and print a new seating chart, but this is not required.
