To verify prior training in PfISD, refer to this spreadsheet that indicates training completed through Spring 2021.

Test administrators may also present proof of completion of STAAR test administrator training from another Texas ISD or charter.

Key Agreements & Secure Storage Certification - due by November 18 for December STAAR EOC

Key Agreements - one per keyholder

• Each person assigned a key to secure storage must complete this form.  Upon submission, the campus principal will be notified via email to approve the form.  The campus principal will open the email to approve the Key Agreement.

• Campus principals who are keyholders will select "Kelly Bertholf" in on the form for approval.  (Principals cannot approve their own Key Agreement.)

• Campus coordinators can review submitted Key Agreements at this link.

Secure Storage Certification - one per campus, submitted by Campus Principal

• Each campus principal will submit one Secure Storage Certification form at this link.

• Campus coordinators can review submitted Secure Storage Certification forms at this link.
