You can access the Attended Check In page by clicking the link at the top-right corner or by going to the and then selecting in the Check In section.
If using Attended Check In, the cursor must be in the Barcode field when scanning a key tag to ensure it reads correctly.
If using Unattended Check In, members can scan their digital barcode while the workstation is on another page in DataTrak.
If a member forgets or doesn't have a mobile barcode,

Ask for the member's ID, click the button next to the field, and then search for the member in the fields provided.
After you check in a member, pay attention to any alerts that may be on the account. Please address the issues with the member. Fix the problem and then let the member check in. Click Acknowledged when the problem has been corrected.
To view the most recent check ins, click the link in the bottom box on the Check In page.
To display check ins for all members (not an individual member's check in history), click the link in the bottom box on the right side of the Check In page. This display is for the current day's check ins only.
How to create an employee profile in Datatrak:
1. Go to Setup
2. Select Manage under the Employee section
3. On the Manage Employees page, click Create
4. Enter the Employee's First Name and Last Name in the applicable fields
5. Select the employee's Title
6. Continue filling out the employee's information (sensitive information like SSN or DL# should not be added)
7. When finished, click Next at the bottom of the screen
8. Enter the employee's Barcode - Use the employee's first initial, last name, and club number. For example, John Adams' barcode would be jadams0123
9. Enter a DataTrak Password and then Re-enter Password
10. Enter an Access Code (this will be required for processing all POS transactions)
11.Select the employee's role
12. When finished, click Next at the bottom of the screen
13. Click the Add button to select the employee's departments (to show up on DGR, "front desk" must be selected)
14. When finished, click Next
16. If applicable, select the clubs for which the employee will have Report Data Access
17. Select the Club(s) to which the employee will have access
18. When finished, click Finish
