MITs have the following access in Paycom [once seat change has happened]:
Applicant Tracking
Employee Forms: Ability to view the following: Form 3 (Dates and HR), Form 7 (Employee Photo), and Form 16 (Checklists)
Checklists
You will still need to complete any I9 form for new/rehire employees.
Surveys (biannual performance reviews completed by DM)
Government and Compliance (OSHA forms)
PAF’s: Access to submit all CO PAFs
Timecards:
Manage Punch change request, approve/revoke timecards, approve timecard override, time and attendance management reports, as well as who is clocked in/out report.
Approve time-off requests.
Scheduling
DMs will need to complete onboarding and performance discussion forms.
For onboarding, DMs will still need to onboard new employees, as the MIT does not have the access/permissions to do that. They do however have access to applicant tracking and can post job listings and conduct interviews, DMs will just need to Offer and Hire if in Paycom or ‘Add New Hire’ if the applicant came from CareerPlug.
