Club-Level Survey Completion Requirements:

2x Info Calls per week (at a minimum)

2x Internal Tours per week (at a minimum)

1x Self BER per month

HS Brands Site Navigation

"Home" tab: this tab will display links to the internal surveys. While in the "home" view, you may create other dashboard views to your desired preference. Review the Dragon Dashboard Guide below for instructions. on how to set up your customized dashboard.

To complete an internal survey, just click the link to whichever survey you want to conduct. Select your respective location from the displayed options and fill out the information. Click "Complete Survey & Submit" to finalize the survey and its score.

"2023 Member Mystery Shop Data" tab: this tab will display detailed breakdowns and provide insights from your completed Secret Shops in 2023. The default dashboard for this tab is entitled "Secret Shop Results"; it reviews data from June 2023-December 2023.
"Internal Survey Results" tab: this tab will display detailed breakdowns and provide insights from your completed internal surveys. The default dashboard for this tab is entitled "Internal Survey Results"; it reviews current month summaries and also provides trending data. Internal Info Calls are displayed first, then internal tours, and lastly, the self BER- all you need to do is scroll down the page!
"BER" tab: this tab will display detailed breakdowns and provide insights from your DM's completed BER. The default dashboard for this tab is entitled "BER (DM) Results"; it reviews current month summaries and also provides trending data.
Drop Down Menu: this feature will adjust as you click through the tabs. As you add views or share views, they will display in the Drop Down Menu. Under your "Home" tab, there should be at least 2 default views to choose from:

1) "CLUB LEVEL SURVEYS" are the same display. You will use either view to complete internal surveys.

2) "CM Dash" provides an all-in-one look at your data. In this view, you can see your Ops Score, company averages for comparison, and your respective shop scores.

Date Parameters: HS Brands will default to the current month. To adjust the date range, click the downward arrow next to "Date" and select your desired parameters.

RMs & DMs, you have additional dashboard views that were built off of the above set up. For any specific questions with RM/DM-level surveys, please reach out!
