Poetry Month (April)

For National Poetry Month:

✅ Add to anchor script: explain what it is, where it came from and how we might celebrate

✅ Add to anchor script: explain Poem in Your Pocket Day

✅ Create a video: choose a poem and make a video that includes:

1. 1. the text on the screen (keep font style, size and color the same throughout)

   2. a voiceover (practice reading the poem many times)

   3. video clips to illustrate the poem

   4. title and author of poem at the beginning

   5. music - make sure it is quiet and your voiceover is loud and clear
