Google Forms

The Basics

What is Google Forms?

Google Forms is an app that will let you make quizzes, surveys, or other forms to have people complete online. Once people have filled out your form, you can either see the results in Forms itself or export the information to a spreadsheet using Google Sheets. All of your forms can be opened and edited on any pretty much any device that will access the internet. Forms also has collaboration features that make it easy to let other people read, comment on, or edit your files.

Who Has Access?

Forms is one of the basic components of Google Drive and G Suite for Education. All Perry Township Schools staff and students have access to Forms.
