Media/Video Production

Media/Video Production

The Media Video Production program began in 2019.  This is a hands-on, lab oriented, on the job training program for all aspects of audio, video, media and social media production. Students will work with state of the art technology utilizing Apple computers, video cameras, DSLR cameras and much more.

The Media/Video Production program will provide students the opportunities to create, produce and explore many facets of media and video production.  Students will work in a hands-on lab setting of a television studio and experience real life pressure of meeting deadlines. Working in teams in creating and telling stories through video will be a daily accomplishment.  Whether you’re interested in being an anchor person, sports announcer, producer, director or working in film, video, or social media, this is the program for you! Successful graduates of this program can enter a college program ahead of most students simply because of the hands-on, real life experience they will receive as part of the Media/Video Production program.  Graduates can also go straight into the Media/Video industry as a freelancer or start their own company.  The possibilities are endless in this ever growing and changing field of Media/Video production.
