First grade is so exciting! They are learning so much. One of the most important things that they just finished was making coins for America’s 250th anniversary. To do that they learned about America's symbols and that is what they put on the coins. Also they just finished their Spring writing. This is where they write about their favorite things in Spring. But in math they are adding. They are adding two digit numbers by two digit numbers. Also in fundations they are learning vowel teams.
