usernames & Passwords

Your Student ID is the key to accessing many school instructional services. 

The format is studentid@pennmanor.net.
Example: 123456@pennmanor.net

Student passwords can be reset by any teacher, building secretary, or tech staff. Passwords must be at least 10 characters long. They are cAse senSitiVe.  

Use your account for:

Security Note: Penn Manor works to protect staff and student data from cyber criminals. To prevent student account hijacking, K-6 student Google logins are restricted to district-owned laptops only. This means students using a home laptop or phone will not be able to log into Penn Manor Google tools like Classroom, Drive, and Gmail. It also means cyber criminals can not break into student accounts from elsewhere.

Google Sign In Troubleshooting:  Check your CaPs LoCk Key.  

Make sure you are typing studentid@pennmanor.net and NOT studentid@gmail.com.

Logging into your Chromebook will automatically log you into your Penn Manor Google Account.

Students in grades 3-6: 

Your Sapphire Account provides access to academic information. Use your PM Student ID as the username. Your password have been provided to you. If you have forgotten your password email  studentsupport@pennmanor.net or ask a principal or building secretary. Classroom teachers do not have this information.
