Click the 3 dots in Chrome, click Settings. On the left side bar click On Start Up, click Continue where you left off.
Turn off Chrome Notification Pop Ups

Click 3 dots, Settings.
In the search field type Site Settings. Scroll down to Notifications.
Beside the notification you wish to remove click the 3 dots and select Remove
Close Chrome and Reopen.
