You choose the activities that are most beneficial (and most appealing) to you, and HealthTrust will provide the resources to help you and rewards to keep you motivated and moving forward.

Activities = Dollars! Earn $40 - $75 in a quarter, to receive a reward check in the mail. You choose the activities you want to do! Dollars will reset to zero at the start of each quarter. You can receive up to $400 a year by participating in an online health assessment, biometric screening and activities.
