PHS Library Book Catalog (BOOKS!!!)

From the Field Library

"The above is a link to the Westchester Library System's research section. There you will find access to encyclopedias, newspapers, maps, journals, and other primary & secondary source documents."

"The above link is to the Westchester Library System catalog. Your students will be able to log in using their library card and PIN (usually the last 4 digits of the phone number they have on file). From their library account, they will be able to browse the full WLS catalog from all of the member libraries, as well as place holds on materials they would need. They are able to select The Field Library as their item pickup location, or any of the other member libraries if they choose to do so."

Annotated Bibliography

You will be required to turn in an annotated bibliography as part of your grade. This means you MUST keep track of which research resources you use to complete your project.

Annotations "explain how the source was used and how it contributed to the project."

The bibliography will be in Chicago Style.

Here is a sample from a former student. This bibliography's annotations include a summary and evaluation, but still require the information on how the source was used and contributed to the project.
