Dr. L. Penny Rosenblum is the owner of Vision for Independence LLC and Research Professor Emerita at the University of Arizona. She has 40 years of experience in the field as a teacher of students with visual impairment (TSVI), university faculty member preparing TSVIs, and a researcher. She has presented at conferences in the United States and internationally and has more than 50 publications.
