In Week 1, complete the College of Education (COE) Dispositions Rubric, which is embedded in the SMART goal, and review Field-Based Experiences Checklist to identify a learning goal you would like to address. To guide this process, complete Self-Directed Learning Goal (SMART) form in the Candidate Field Experiences Portfolio. Share your ideas with your cooperating teacher and university supervisor. Include commentary related to this activity in Week 4 and include a final summary of your project in your Candidate Field Experiences Portfolio in Week 10 within your bi-weekly journal reflections. Rate your level of proficiency related to your SMART goal in the beginning and at the end of the term using the Self-Directed Learning Goal template (SMART goal).
