Financial Aid Information
The first step for all graduating seniors is to complete the FAFSA! The FAFSA becomes available each year starting October 1st.
Federal Student Aid is responsible for managing the student financial assistance programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965. These programs provide grants, loans, and work-study funds to students attending college or career school.
Many sources are available for a student planning to further their education after graduating from high school. A few of those sources are:
- A+ Program
- Grants
- Loans
- Scholarships
- Vocational Rehabilitation Program
- Work Study Programs
The student financial aid office of the school you plan to attend can be a great resource for finding ways to fund your education.
Make sure to pay close attention to priority deadlines when applying!
Vocational Rehabilitation Program
The Vocational Rehab counselor visits Perryville High School several times during the year. If you would like to have your student and/or yourself speak with her, the first step is to complete the survey form and return to the counselors office.
Job Skill Training is based on financial need and is computed using this income table.
