Former D32 students requesting a transcript must complete the Educational Verification Form. Current PHS students, please contact your counselor for transcripts. The first (2) transcripts are sent at no charge, while any additional transcripts require a $2 fee per transcript. For more information, please contact the Counseling office at 573-547-7500.

TUTORING
If your student is struggling in any of their classes, please contact your student's teacher or counselor, to set up a meeting to determine a plan of action. Students may also sign up for academic lab on the Google Classroom - Counselor's page. Students can stay after school Tuesday - Thursday for homework help and/or study questions.
