We are a condominium property owned and operated by our residents. Volunteering to help with maintenance projects is our way of keeping COA fees affordable for all unit owners. Because you volunteer, you benefit from rates that are 25% and 30% less than your condo association neighbors. In fact, our owners have the lowest rates because we watch our costs and perform day to day maintenance such as keeping the building, laundry rooms and walkways clean.
