PBLLCAA owners care about our homes and property values. Our PBLLCAA Board of Directors are homeowners that offer their expertise for a 1 year term to oversee PBLLCAA business in a neighborly way. We support our community homeowners and our rights to enjoy their homes in an equal, respectful and responsible way.
The PBLLCAA Board of Directors communicate with all homeowners through this website and email address board.directors@pbllcaa.com. The board of directors work as a team to care for our community and offer you the opportunity to stay connected. We schedule meetings the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:30 via in-person, video conference or phone cast to keep you informed about the important issues that affect our community. The PBLLCAA Board Secretary posts minutes and other important information on this website as well as emailing information and notices to our homeowners.

If you want to contact us or add an issue to the monthly meeting for resolution, please use this email address and/or phone number. The emails are compiled for the monthly meeting agenda. New issues will be added to the agenda up to one week prior to the meeting. Any issue received during the week prior to the meeting will be scheduled for the next monthly meeting so the board has time to review the issue and find a suitable resolution for a board vote. No new issue will be discussed during the regularly scheduled meeting so please get the emails to us in time for us to work with you on a resolution.
