LANDLORD/TENANT REQUIREMENTS AND REGULATIONS:
1. Copy of completed Palm Beach Leisureville Master Association Application with signed approval from the association.
2. No less than 1 month and not more than a 10 month executed FL real estate lease listing all occupants and their ages.
3. Landlords can only rent unit 1 time a year.
4. No pets allowed for rental units.
5. No more than 2 occupants per unit. No school age children staying more than 30 days.
6. One parking place per unit. No trucks or work vehicles allowed. Provide the tag #, year, make and model.
7. Completed Leisureville Lake Condominium Association Building A application and $100 processing fee from the unit owner payable to Leisureville Lake Condominium Association Building A.
8. Copy of mysmartmove.com tenant screening report. This is a soft-inquiry and does affect the applicant's credit score.
9. Board interview to review and acknowledge in writing receipt of COA Rules and Regulations. Contact the board at 904-414-2021 and email board.directors@pbllcaa.com to schedule a time to meet.

15. COA unit monthly fees and assessments must be kept current. If these fees become delinquent, rental payments must be made payable to Leisureville Lake Condominium Association Building A until paid in full. If the renter becomes delinquent on rental payments to the landlord more than 30 days, the COA must be notified immediately of the circumstances and the landlord's action as required by Florida law.
Complete these forms for the master community association. Provide a copy to our COA before the orientation meeting to review and approve.
