Welcome Residents!
The purpose of our website (pbllcaa.com) is to keep you informed about your community activities both business and social. Our PBLLCAA Board Directors are actively working to provide you with information about our projects to beautify and maintain our homes. All residents that want to stay informed and participate in the condo business operations can easily access this site from anywhere they are in the country.
It's Hurricane Season! All indications are that it's going to be a busy one this year. Going forward, please consider downloading the FEMA application to your cell phone to obtain up-to-date information regarding what precautions you are advised to take for your personal safety and protecting your property. Another smartphone app you should have is one that will notify people where you are, and if you need help or are safe. The Red Cross has a Hurricane App available as well as a shelter-finder app. A first-aid app is also available.
Below I have attached a preparedness brochure provided by the Florida Governor's Office to this webpage that is a great information resource as well as providing some printed copies available by the our mailboxes. I will be restocking as I see the need.
Several neighbors are going to be here on property so don't hesitate to reach out for assistance...a huge thanks to all the volunteers helping our residents. We are a caring community and hope the best for everyone.
Be safe,
Board Directors

THANK YOU!
Our community wants to take this opportunity to give a huge shout out to all the residents that offer their volunteer time and expertise to keep our place running smoothly. We all say "THANK YOU" in a big way. Our community is better because you care and it shows. So the next time you see a neighbor water the greenery or cleanup a common area, stop and say "Thank you! We really appreciate what you are doing!"
So don't forget that your number one information source is this website pbllcaa.com. The board wants you to have an easy way to communicate that is monitored by the PBLLCAA Board Directors as a group so this is the email to use board.directors@pbllcaa.com and phone 904-414-2120. Instead of having to know a lot of different email addresses and phone numbers, you will have the homeowners' association email address that will remain the same even when board directors change. You are able to communicate with the board just like you would a business.
