Presentation Viewer

Once Launch button is pressed, Presentation Viewer can be launched.

Left side, list of slides are available. on selecting, each can be appear on the right side.
Right side, Presentation viewer appeared.

Presentation viewer consists of the following:

Info(i) - Provides information on slide
Reorder - On clicking, should open a popup for reordering of slides.
Home - On clicking, should comeback to its default state.
Full Screen - On Clicking, should display in full screen mode and return to normal when pressed again on full screen mode.
Zoom - Zoom level setup (2x, 5x, 10x, 20x, 40x, 60x, 100x)
Screen shot - Allow to take snapshot.
Filters - This will adjust the color combination of the image.
Navigator - Navigator can be launched when clicking on the option. Navigator shows the source image displayed as a reference, with a highlighted area showing which portion of the image the user is currently viewing. The navigator reuses the configured image sources so no additional image derivatives are required.
Draw Freehand - Freehand drawing can be made for pointer.
Draw looped - Looped drawing can be made for pointer.
Freehand annotation - freehand draw and annotate.
Looped annotation - looped draw and annotate.
Square annotation - square box can be appeared and allow user to annotate
Circle annotation - Circle be appeared and allow user to annotate
Measurement Tool - Measures scale annotation
Annotation list - It displays the saved annotation.
Previous/Next Slide - This displays the Previous or Next slide
Attachments - User can attach any file format.
Compare - compare the selected slide with the one selected from slide box or slide library.
Start Recording - User can start the screen recording.
Stop Recording - User can stop the screen recording.
Back to Slides - This will navigates back to Presentation screen.
Create Pools - Creating a pool with question and options.
Pools - Shows pool list and view result.

Screen Shot:

when Screen Shot is clicked, Preview popup appeared with cancel and Download button.
On clicking "Download", image can be saved in .png format. (jpg or tiff)
On clicking "Cancel", preview popup can be closed.

REorder:

Drag drop the slides to change the order. Once pressing Update order, it change the slide position and saved accordingly.

FILTERS

This contains Brightness, Contrast, Invert and Gray Scale with Reset button.
Brightness and Contrast are adjusted from the scroller provided.
On Selecting "Invert", it inverts colors of an image for the entire picture, or a selected area of the photo. Lighter colors become darker, and vice versa ("negative image")
On Selecting "Gray Scale", Image becomes gray. Painting in grayscale, or painting in "black and white", means that you're using a limited range of gray values as opposed to a full spectrum of color.

Reset: On Pressing "Reset", it return to normal state.

Freehand/Looped Annotation:

On clicking Freehand annotation, user can draw freehand and change the color of the drawing before adding a comment and saved.
User can change the scroller to change the width of the freehand drawing.
User can change any color. color chooser can be appeared to choose any color they want.
After annotation is saved, can be appeared in annotation list.
Same functionality is available for looped annotation where it joints automatically if not to create a loop.

Attachment

On Pressing "Add Document", documents can be added. These document can be deleted or downloaded from action column.

Annotation list:

Selected annotation from the list can be appeared on the image where annotation was stored earlier.
Annotation information can be edited or deleted.
On Pressing "Info-i", annotation description along with created and modified date can be appeared.

COmpare Slides

When "compare" is pressed, it allow to choose a slide from slide box or slide library.
once select is pressed, compare slides popup opens.
Two side by side viewer appeared for comparison.

Recording

Selected screen can be recorded when user pressed the CAM Icon and once user pressed the STOP button, recording is stopped, video file (audio+video) can be generated and downloaded in mp4 format. (User can use VLC or WMP player to see the video.
