Assessments

Assessment is to create, share/assign the assessment to individual or group of people.

Assessments

Create Assessment

Assessment Title and No of questions are mandatory.

User can set the time limit to complete the assessments.

They can schedule the assessment by entering valid From/To.

Click on "Create" button to provide Assessment comments and move to Ass questions.

Add Questions

Question can be added directly or can also be imported from question bank.

Once a question is written, press add button to create the next question.

If User is in mid level, can save the assessment as draft by pressing "Save as Draft".

Once assessment is prepared, press Publish to Save the assessment.

If the assessment is in Publish state, then only user can attempt the assessment.

Preview Assessment

When User clicked on Preview assessment, preview of the created question appeared.

Selected correct answer can be appeared below the viewer.

Once User pressed Finish button can come back to Assessments main page.

Share Assessment

User can share to non registered ID.

An email can be sent to respective IDs with QR code.

Take Assessment

User can able to take the assessment when the assessment(s) are in published state.
User can't take assessment for those assessment in "expired" status.
When Take assessment (>) button is pressed, Self assessment welcome screen appeared with a button "Start Assessment"
When "Start Assessment" is pressed, Assessment screen launched.
Number of questions appeared down with option "Answered" and "Selected".
Once a question is answered, color of that question should be changed to Green and selected assessment should be dark blue.
User can navigate to different question based on either "Next" / "Previous" button or can select any question number.
Once all questions are answered, "Finish" button appears. when user press on Finish button, a popup appeared with message - "Are you sure you want to finish this assessment?" when "OK" button is pressed, Score screen appeared with Review button.
Review can provide information whether a question is Incorrect or correct.
User can start the assessment again from review screen when Finish button is pressed.

Edit/Delete Assessment

Any Assessments created by respective users are only able to edit their own assessments which are in "Draft".

When "Edit" option is pressed, assessment can be further created/added.

User can also able to "Delete" the assessment which is in draft state.

#Note:

Assessment can be available to all, but if the assessment is not created by the same user, can see draft version assessment with no action button.

Search & Filters

As a user I can search by Assessment name.

The Search result can be appeared based on the available data else it will show as "no data found".

User needs to press enter key from keyboard or click on the search button option to start searching data.

User can filter the assessment status. The assessment status are "Draft", "Published", "Expired" or "All". Based on any status selection, respective assessments can be available.
