Registered active users should be able to log in to the platform with their email and Password.

Forgot Password

• • When the user click on the “Forgot Password?” link, the system will ask for the email id and will send a 6 digit code to their email. 

  •  The user will click on the one-time link to open a web window which would prompt the user to enter a unique 6 digit code sent to their email.

  • After the user input a valid six digit passcode, this will navigate to change password

Create Password Rules#

• • • Minimum password length is 8 characters.

    • Password must consist of alpha, numeric characters and symbols e.g. @#$% and must include upper and lower case.

    • Passwords cannot be reused within a cycle of 5 passwords.

    • Passwords must expire within 90 days.

    • After 90 days, user will be required to reset their password.

Registration

1. Click on "Register" link to navigate to Registration screen.

2. Provide a valid email and click on "Register" button to receive verification email.

3. Check on "Verify this email" to verify the mail and navigates to Change Password screen.

4. Change the password (follow password policy) and click on Confirm to create the new password.

5. Now enter the Registered email and newly created password and press "Login" button to signin to the PathPresenter.
