Quiz

#Note:

To access the quiz module on the public platform, all users, whether they are assigning or taking a quiz, are required to be a silver or gold subscriber.
If a user with free or bronze subscription attempts to access the Quiz module from the dashboard, the following message will be displayed.

Quiz Rules

Quiz can be created and assigned by users having the Silver or Gold subscription plan only.
Users with Free/Bronze plans, have to upgrade to Silver or Gold to create, assign and also take a quiz.
Created quiz can be shared and assigned to Gold or Silver plan subscription users only. (not for free or bronze users)
If subscription expires, users can create/assign new quiz but cannot access quizzes assigned to them.
Once a user takes the quiz, the owner can evaluate and status changes to review.
Once the owner evaluates, the user can see the results and feedback comments. The final status would be Reviewed.
If the quiz contains only multiple choice questions, then status is directly changed and reviewed once the quiz is submitted.
If the owner unassign the quiz, then the assigned quiz to the user is removed.
Similarly, we can assign/unassign the quiz to a group.
Whoever creates the quiz is considered as Admin.

Create QUIZ

Click on "Create Quiz" to launch the Create Quiz screen.

Create Quiz screen has 2 tabs. Create Quiz & Add Questions.

Quiz Title: User can add a Quiz Name in this section. User can add text in the text field.
Quiz Description: User can add respective description for the title.
Show watermark in viewer snapshot: If ON, added image has a watermark. if OFF, no watermark is needed.
Add Image: Image can be uploaded from my Slide box or Slide Library. (a popup is opened for selection).
Set Duration: If OFF, text field is disable. if ON, it will allow to add quiz duration in minutes. (Only number is allowed, not text, else error message is shown.
No. Of Questions: This is a mandatory field. Based on the the number entered, system will allow minimum that many questions.
Valid From: This is in disable state. when enable, both From and To are enabled and allowed to enter the dates. (Today date is displayed by default)
Valid To: From date always less then To dates.

Once the following information is initiated:

Click on "Create" button to create the quiz or Cancel to close the quiz and back to quizzes section.

Add Questions

Question: This is in text format and can add any text char in it while creating a valid question.
Question Description: Description can be added for the question prepared. (optional)
Question Type (Short Answer, Multiple Choice)
Difficulty level (Very Easy, Easy, Medium, Hard)
Add Image (import jpg/png from desktop)
keywords: This is in text format.
Save in Question bank (checkbox): This will save question in the bank.
Save button: when save button is clicked, prepared quiz can be saved.
Import: Questions can be imported from question bank
Add: when Add is clicked, next question can be added.(until the previous question is not saved, new question cant be added and an warning message popup can be appeared.
Publish: If the questions are added successfully, when publish button is clicked,
Save as Draft : if not published, question set can be stored as draft.

Created By Me

Any quiz created by self are available in "Created By Me" section.

When the Quiz module in the side menu is selected the list of Quizzes are displayed where List and Grid view can be toggled. On click of Create Quiz button a view opens where new quiz can be created

Action buttons - Edit, Delete / Preview, Assigned To, Unpublish

On Preview - displays the quiz preview
After assigned to a user, Quiz Status will become as Assigned and displays preview, Edit & AssignedTo.
Once assigned, Quiz cant be unpublished.
After Unpublished, Quiz Status will become as Draft and displays Edit &Delete
If the valid date of quiz is expired - displays Preview button and AssignedTo button will be disabled
Quiz owner can edit it, after it is published and assigned

Status -

Draft: Edit, Delete
Assigned: Preview, Edit and Assigned To
Published: Preview, Assigned To, Unpublished

Create/Edit Quiz

Create / Update Quiz Tab:
- Displays a form with following details
  - Title, Description, Image - jpeg from my slide box or slide library, Set Duration checkbox, Duration - in mins(default Unlimited), No.of Questions, Valid Time checkbox, Valid From, Valid To
Add / Import Questions Tab:
- Displays list of Questions added horizontally where questions can be reordered
- Action Buttons: Import, Add, Publish, Save As Draft
- On click of Import, a modal will be displayed with the list of questions in question bank where we can add them to quiz
- On click of Add, a new question will be added to the list of questions in the quiz and displays a form to fill the details of the new question.

- Form Fields:

- - Title, Description, Type ( can be Short Answer, Multiple ), Difficulty level( can be Very Easy, Easy, Medium, Difficult and Hard), Keywords, Image - jpeg from my slide box or slide library, save in question bank checkbox.

- Only Multiple type questions will have options.

- - Options include : option, explanation, isCorrect checkbox, Attachment - from my slide box or slide library.

- Save as draft: Quiz Status will become Draft - displays Edit & Delete in quiz list
- Publish Quiz: Quiz Status will become Published - displays Preview, Assigned to & Unpublish
- Delete Quiz: On delete, a confirmation modal will be displayed with OK and CANCEL buttons. On click of OK, the quiz will be deleted.
- Preview Quiz: Displays quiz details and the question details along with the viewer

Assign Quiz

Displays list of users with Status and Action buttons as ASSIGN and UNASSIGN

Status :

Review Quiz: when the quiz has Short answers and evaluated by admin
Reviewed Quiz: automatic evaluation for Multiple type
Evaluate: for short answer type questions
Exam Not Taken: after assigning
Not Assigned: default status

Once the user reviewed his own quiz, the Quiz owner can view the status as "Reviewed."

Feedback

Evaluation Feedback:

Quiz admin can provide feedback while evaluating.

Once the Quiz evaluation is finished by the Quiz Admin, Feedback popup will appear automatically.

Once Feedback text is added, Admin can press "submit" button to submit his evaluation.

Review Feedback:

Quiz admin can provide feedback while Reviewing.

Once the Quiz review is finished by the Quiz Admin, Feedback popup will appear automatically.

Once Feedback text is added, Admin can press "submit" button to submit his feedback or can skip it.

Take Quiz

Take Quiz: Opens a view with questions and options along with the viewer where the user can answer the questions and can submit the quiz.
Review Quiz: User can cross check his answers
Pending for Evaluation: Once the user submits the Quiz, if the Quiz has Short Answer type questions then the status will become Pending for Evaluation

Assigned To Me

Any quiz assigned to me can be visible at "Assigned To Me" section.
Quiz with Name, count of questions, Validity(From/To), duration, score, feedback and Actions are available.
Quiz can be searched and also filtered.
List of quiz can be visible in grid view or list view.
